So I go into chipotle and order the burrito bowl and ask how much extra it would be to get a kids chocolate milk. The lady says 2.40 and I was like oh wow no thank you and she says if I get the bowl will you buy the milk. I didn’t understand what she ment at first and she was like your total is 2.40 and handed me my food and a chocolate milk. I said thank you a bunch. That lady made my day. Seriously so sweet. I had a rough day and that was just amazing experience. I will be going back for sure.
Love this place! Service is always wonderful. Mariah is always a pleasure to see here, with her uplifting personality an enlightening smile!
Bit into a big chunk of meat in my sofritas bowl. I brought it back to the counter and was given a refund with barely an apology
One of our regular places to eat. Normally consistent and good. Occasional bumps in consistency which can be attributed to poor training or lack of discipline.
Went in person for dinner 5:50pm on a Thursday (6/29/17), 3 of us. Some of the hot choices were not available but all in all was very good would give 4.5 out of 5 if I could....**** HUGE HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mariah who worked the register. Not only was she exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable to us, but we sat and watched her interact with other customers and back and forth working to clean tables when not at the register. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE EXEMPLARY and many should take a lesson from her. SHE is the reason we will keep going back. Please recognize her for her hard work. So many people these days do NOT have the same superb work ethic.
