After the 2k spent for nothing, I wish I had requested that they fix the car problem first, and then do the maintenance, instead of the other way around.
This company was recommend to me by someone I know. Used the travel agent side, dealt with Renee, to help me with a destination wedding in PR. She seemed to know her stuff but in the process she had very poor communication skills. Met with her in late January & hear we are in April. She may have called me twice. My last call left a message & sent an email. No return call or email yet. Well I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY OR PERSON WHO CAN'T RESPOND BACK! Thanks for ruining my Dream Wedding!
With this review I want to help people to make a good decision. If not completely satisfied, look for a second or third opinion. Don’t just agree to whatever they “recommend.” I used to trust AAA car service before.
I made a service appointment for a Sunday. The hours posted online say they open at 10. The person I spoke with on the phone told me they were actually open earlier. I asked if he was sure since it was a Sunday. He said yes and set the appointment for 9am. I arrived on time and no one was there. I waited a while in case they were just running late. I checked the front door again . It was still locked but I could see someone inside at the desk. He looked right at me and then back down at the desk again, completely ignoring me. Very rude to not even come to the door . I tried to call but was sent to voicemail. I left a message. They didn't even bother to call back. Save yourself a headache and time. Go anywhere but this location.

I took my car there this past July. The person at the counter who entered the problem info in the computer reminded me that the car was due for maintenance, to what I agreed thinking that they would also take care of the car problem. After $2000.00 (labor and parts) the car was even worse (it didn’t work at all). I spoke, twice, in person to the agent who took the data at the counter thinking that they would try to fix the problem at not extra cost. That person always said that the manager was not available. Finally, I did not trust that they would be honest after what happened, so I decided to take my car somewhere else.
Awesome experience, suggested test to fix my issue rather than trying to get me to buy things and getting rid of me. Thank you AAA
